Pilates
Pilates exercises are mainly composed of controlled conscious movements which are coordinated together with the person’s breath, in order to create a harmonious, flexible and muscular body. Through practice, the mind becomes more aware of the capabilities, limitations, strengths and weaknesses of the body so as to improve its physical and mental state.

It's a very technical activity, where the correct implementation of the different elements which compose each exercise is more important than the number of repetitions or series.
