Stationary Bikes
Stationary Bikes activity at Club de Golf was first introduced in May 2000. Previously, our team of professors received training with an Argentinean professional. Spinning guidelines are followed and complied in its original form:

  • Use Schwinn Bicycles, specially designed for this program
  • Use of cardiac monitors
  • Follow all steps indicated in the spinning manual
  • Get Professors to continue to receive constant Certification of Instruction
  • Club de Golf del Uruguay is a pioneer in the introduction of this program in Montevideo.

What do I need to practice Spinning?

  • Get a medical checkup before starting.
  • 15 minutes before a class so that teachers can adapt the bike and explain the basics.
  • Bring comfortable and appropriate clothing for the activity
  • Finally, will, spirit and determination to improve fitness and health
