PARTE IV: RESPONSABILITIES
Sección – Handicap System
2. Stroke Play
Player’s duty to hand in the Score Card
In order to grant a fair handicap, it is necessary to have complete and accurate information on the ability of the players, which is measured through their scores. Therefore, the player must make sure that all of his scores are registered
Players must hand in the score card duly signed by him and his marker to the authorities in charge of the competition no matter what the result turns out to be or even when the round of golf is not completed. The scores presented will be taken into account for handicap determination if the modality of the competition allows it to.
The player who repeatedly fails to fulfill this obligation can be sanctioned by the Handicap Committee of his chosen Club.
