ETIQUETTE RULES

The Tournaments Committee, the Ruling Officials, the 1st. Professional and his collaborators will put particular attention that the Golf Etiquette Rules are obeyed, both on tournament days as well as during the week. Those who do not cooperate with the maintenance of the golf course, throw clubs, emit harsh yelling, or commit acts against the spirit of the Golf Etiquette Rules, will be notified and warned.

For this reason, we advise golfers that firstly, they will be receiving a written admonish and in case of relapse, they will be sanctioned according to the criteria adopted by the Tournaments and Handicap Committee.

Etiquette in Sports is the main pillar that constitutes upright and worthy golfers. You can be a gentleman without playing golf, but you cannot play golf if you are not a gentleman.

RULES FOR PLAYING THE GOLF COURSE

Those who wish to play the golf course and haven’t obtained the National Handicap, must have a golf instructor’s authorization signed at the Sports Secretary Office. In case a player hasn’t taken any golf lessons at all, he will have to tee off with a golfer with National Handicap, who will be responsible for complying with the established rules for playing the golf course. In case none of the above possibilities are met, the 1st. Professional Eduardo Payovich, or whom he designates, will be in charge of explaining the established rules; in both cases the authorization is to be signed.
